A name for the person being cared for — whatever you call them, like "Dad". The doses exactly as you typed them: free text, a time, and optionally an amount. And for every logged dose: who tapped, and when.

That is all of it. No national ID numbers, no diagnoses, no drug database, no address, no email, no phone number.

Medlog has no login. The link to the log is the key: it carries a random 22-character code that cannot be guessed. Whoever holds the link can see the list and log doses.

Which also means: share the link with your family and nobody else. If it ends up in the wrong hands, whoever holds it has the same access you do. We cannot see who opens a link, so we cannot take it back for you — but tell us and we will delete the log.

The first name you type is stored in your own browser and sent along when you log a dose, so the row can say "Kari, 08:12". It is a label on a row, not an identity.

If you turn alerts on, we store the subscription your browser gives us so the server can send the one message: that nobody logged a dose within its window. Turn alerts off and the subscription is deleted, both in your browser and with us.

We count visits and a small number of events — a log was created, a dose was logged — to know whether the product works. The counting is anonymous and contains no names, no doses and nothing from inside your list.

Write to hei@pixygon.io with the link to the log and we will delete it. To remove the log from this phone only, clear the browser data for medlog.pixygon.io — the log itself stays with the rest of your family.

Medlog gives no dosage advice and makes no judgement about whether a dose is right. It is a shared notepad for a family. Questions about the medication itself belong with a GP or a pharmacist.
